Publishing Agreement/Contract

This agreement between The Erotic Bookworm Website,
referred to as publication/publisher, and _______________________________, referred to as AUTHOR, pertain to the story, article,
essay, poem, with the working title of ____________________________________agree:
Warrantees
The Author warrants that the story/article/essay/poem
is his/her original creation.
The Author warrants that he/she owns the rights
to the story/article/essay/poem.
The story/article/essay/poem shall be subject
to the editorial standards of the publication/publisher. By signing this agreement/contract the author consents to the editorial
changes of the story/article/essay/poem.
The Author will be paid a one time fee of $10.00
(ten dollars) for the story/article/essay/poem on acceptance.
The Erotic Bookworm Website will provide links
to the Authors website, email, and blog during the duration in which the story/article/essay/poem is made available for free
viewing to the readers of The Erotic Bookworm Website. If the Authors so chooses to have the links provided. The Author will
email the publication/publisher with all pertinent information before the release of the story/article/essay/poem. It is the
Authors responsibility to provide the information.
License
The Author hereby grants to the publication/publisher
non-exclusive rights for the term of one year. During this time the publication/publisher may use the story/article/essay/poem
on our website (in written or podcast form), and in any future eZine, magazines, or anthology (e-book or print) that may develop.
If the publication/ publisher decide to publish an anthology in print and the Authors story/article/essay/poem is included
the Author will receive 4 print copies of the anthology.
While the publication/publisher’s intent
is to publish and display the story/article/essay/poem on the website, nothing in this agreement obligates the publication/publisher
to do so. The publisher may at any time display the story/article/essay/poem for free viewing on the website or decide to
charge a fee for use in any of the forms(uses) to which the Publication/Publisher have been given non –excusive rights/license
to by the Author during the designated term of one year. The publication/publisher
at her discretion may remove the story/article/essay/poem from the website without notice to the Author.
The publisher/publication and the Author have
caused this agreement to be executed as of the date below.
